You are in control of your data. This article explains how to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.
Request types
- Access (copy of your data)
- Correction (fix inaccurate info)
- Deletion (erase personal data)
How to submit a request
1) Go to Privacy Center -> Submit request.
2) Choose the request type and verify your email.
3) We will confirm receipt within 3 days and complete most requests within 30 days.
Verification
We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity. If you submit on behalf of someone else, provide written authorization.
What we delete
- Account profile (name, emails, phone numbers)
- Order history and support conversations (unless we must keep them to comply with law, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes)
- Product telemetry linked to your identity
After deletion
- You won’t be able to access your account.
- Some aggregated or anonymized data may remain.
