Yes. Our Salesforce integration lets you:
- View account and contact details in our app
- Sync cases/tickets between systems
- Trigger automations based on field changes
Requirements
- Salesforce Enterprise (or higher) with API access
- An admin user in both systems
- Mapped fields for email and external ID (if used)
Setup (overview)
1) In Settings -> Integrations -> Salesforce, click Connect.
2) Sign in to Salesforce as an admin and authorize access.
3) Map standard fields (Email, Name) and any custom fields you need.
4) Choose which records to sync (Accounts, Contacts, Cases).
