If you can’t sign in, you can reset your password in a few steps.
Web (recommended)
1) Go to Sign in -> Forgot password?
2) Enter the email linked to your account.
3) Check your inbox for an email titled "Reset your password" and click Reset.
4) Create a new password that meets our policy: at least 12 characters, with a number and a symbol.
Tip: If the email doesn’t arrive within 5 minutes, check Spam/Junk and search for "Reset your password".
Mobile app
1) Open the app -> Sign in -> Forgot password?
2) Follow the email link sent to you.
