Use this guide if you still have access to your current email. If you don’t, skip to "No access".
If you can sign in
1) Go to Account -> Profile -> Email.
2) Enter your new email and confirm with your password.
3) Click the verification link sent to your new email.
No access to your current email
If you lost access (e.g., domain change), contact support and be ready with:
- A recent order number OR the last 4 digits of the card on file
- Your full name and previous email
- A government-issued ID (PNG/JPG; you may redact sensitive info)
Privacy note: Identity documents are deleted within 30 days of verification. See: Data deletion and privacy requests.
