You can track your order in two ways.
Track with order number (fastest)
1) Go to Orders -> Track.
2) Enter your Order # (e.g., 12345) and the email used at checkout.
3) Click Track to see the latest status, ETA, and carrier updates.
Track from your account
1) Sign in -> Orders.
2) Select the order to view shipment events and receipts.
Status terms you may see
- Processing: We’re preparing your items.
- Shipped: It’s on the way; tracking shows live scans.
- Delivered: The carrier marked it delivered.
- Exception: The carrier reported an issue. Contact us with your order #.
Tip: If the carrier says "delivered" but you don’t have it, wait 24 hours, check with neighbors, and then contact support.
