Refunds and returns policy

We want you to love your purchase. This policy explains when and how to return items.

Summary
- Window: 30 days from delivery for most items.
- Condition: Unused and in original packaging.
- Non-returnable: Gift cards, downloadable software, and clearance items marked "Final Sale".
- Refund method: Back to original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

How to start a return
1) Go to Orders -> select your order -> Start a return.
2) Choose the items and reason.
3) Print the prepaid label and drop off within 7 days.

Exchanges
We process exchanges as a return plus a new purchase for faster turnaround.

Defective or wrong items
Contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund.

International returns
Return shipping costs and duties are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you may have under local law.
